Compare the supplier's material, gsm, construction, grade, decoration and pack response line by line with the request. Record substitutions.
Capture the exact garment, velour construction, fit, decoration, variant quantities, packaging, destination and approval questions in one version-controlled request.

A supplier can answer an unresolved point; it should not silently select an alternative. Use the matrix below as a reproducible request and sample-review path.
State whether the request is a two-piece jacket-and-pant set, garment details such as zip, collar, cuff, waistband, pockets and lining, intended wearer and season. For velour, record requested fiber content, knit construction, pile or face description, target fabric weight in gsm, stretch direction, backing and color reference. Mark any value that the supplier must propose.
Attach a measurement chart with points of measure, US size labels, grading method and tolerance questions. List units by jacket size, pant size and colorway; do not provide only a total. Record whether mixed-size sets are allowed and how replacements or repeat orders should reference the approved version.
Specify embroidery, print or transfer method, placement dimensions, files, colors and proof sequence. Define labels, hangtags, polybag, fold method, assortment ratio, barcode and carton-mark requirements. Ask for proposed carton quantity, dimensions and gross weight rather than inventing them.
Request MOQ by variant, sample charge, tooling or artwork charge, unit basis, currency, payment milestones, production assumption, freight or Incoterm scope, US destination and explicit exclusions. State the target date as a buyer requirement, not a guaranteed delivery promise.
Compare the supplier's material, gsm, construction, grade, decoration and pack response line by line with the request. Record substitutions.
Define review conditions, points of measure, appearance, workmanship, color and artwork acceptance notes. A related sample does not approve production.
Request fiber-content, country-of-origin and responsible-party label information where applicable, tied to the proposed item. This service does not certify compliance.
Limitations: supplier statements require confirmation; visual samples do not prove bulk consistency; a lower price is not comparable when set, pack or freight scope differs; and final regulatory applicability may require qualified review.
